CHOICE FX API FOR METATRADER

Connecting the ChoiceFX and the Metatrader platforms creates one superior system, resulting in greater stability, better pricing, faster execution and an overall increase in productivity and profitability for the broker operating the system.

CTN Systems has developed two Metatrader add-ons: (API connections): Datafeed API and Trade Execution API. Connecting Metatrader and ChoiceFX platforms using these APIs provides substantial benefits. It allows retail customers, familiar with the Metatrader platform to continue using it, with all of its benefits, including Expert Advisor. At the same time, the link to ChoiceFX provides Metatrader with a more robust and reliable price feed and Straight Through Processing (STP) execution.

Some benefits of connecting Metatrader Server to the ChoiceFX Platform:

Single connection to multiple liquidity providers – ChoiceFX Platform is an ECN type of system where multiple liquidity providers can be connected. Then all customers including Metatrader connections will have access to a blended prices where best bid, best offer would come from different market makers.

Connections for multiple Metatrader Servers – Once the ChoiceFX platform is set up it can be connected to multiple Metatrader Servers. Each MT Server connection can be configured to show different spreads and to direct trading to a different counter account.

System Accounting – in out platform, for each Metatrader connection we would have an Omnibus account. So all the trades pushed from each Metatrader Server are reflected in it’s omnibus account. And each trade is recorded with a buyer and a seller account thus our Backoffice has a complete picture and can account for every dollar of the p&l on either side.

Price Improvement – When there is an opportunity to execute a trade at a price better then the one requested by Metatrader customer our system would collect this price improvement in a predetermined account. Showing up to the minute accounting on these price improvements.

Money Managers – ChoiceFX Backoffice has advanced trade allocation functionality. The plug-in can be set up to allow money mangers to use Metatrader, but once the trades are executed the trades would be replicated on the ChoiceFX platform where all investor accounts would be created, allowing ChoiceFX Backoffice to do the allocations to these investors.

Consistent and Reliable – Our Metatrader plug-in technology has been in production for more then a year. There are a number of Brokers that use our plug-ins with thousands of trades executed through our plug-ins every day.
